NOTES FROM THE PRESENT – vol. 3, Galerie Schodba, Tomas Bata University, Czech Republic,

The exhibition NOTES FROM THE PRESENT – vol. 3 by Tomasz Pietrek, presented at Galerie Schodba at Tomas Bata University, offers a cross-sectional selection of nearly 60 posters created between 2007 and 2025. Its foundation lies in social sensitivity, a critical perspective on contemporary reality, and a deep fascination with visual culture.
The exhibition features both socio-political posters and projects created for cultural institutions. Many of the works have received awards in prestigious competitions in Poland and abroad, including in Katowice, Warsaw, and New Jersey in the United States. They have also been included in the collections of important museum institutions such as the Museum of Modern Art Toyama, the Poster Museum in Wilanów, and the Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum.
The exhibition was realized as part of the International Art Program festival.
